To strengthen our well-coordinated management team, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality as Team Leader Property Management (m/f/d | 80 - 100%) as of 1 December or by arrangement. Your tasks: * Leadership of the management team as well as the caretaker and garden team (10 MA) * Organization and further development of property management as well as the associated processes and work instruments * Ensuring professional support for our residents * Management of your own property portfolio * Control and coordination of maintenance work and renovations * Responsibility for efficient processing of administrative and commercial management processes * Active participation in daily business and support of the team * Close cooperation with the management and internal specialist departments. What you bring with you: * Commercial or technical basic training with further training in property management or a comparable qualification * Sound experience in property management * Initial leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility * Experience in the organization and coordination of maintenance work and renovations * Knowledge of Swiss tenancy law; experience in property accounting is an advantage * Confident use of MS Office and management software, ideally AbaImmo * Very good German skills; other languages are a plus.
