At the Kunst- & Sportschule, we are looking for a team player with a social-pedagogical background as a Social Pedagogue or Specialist in Care starting on 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. Working days: Mon-Tue & Thu-Fri. Tasks ## • Care of the adolescents during the lunch break, orienting ourselves with the concept of "New Authority" and "Nonviolent Communication" according to M.R, • Ensuring daily operations within the team (pedagogy, leisure activities, household, etc.) • Administrative and operational tasks • Promotion and support of the adolescents in cooperation with teachers and other specialists of the school team according to the K&S code of conduct • Participation in school events and in school working groups • Implementation of the pedagogical goals of the school • Further development of the offering Profile ## • Joy in working with lively and active adolescents in adolescence • Humorous, energetic, cheerful, resilient and sociable personality • Flexibility and independence as well as very good teamwork and communication skills • You complete administrative tasks independently and are familiar with the usual tools • Completed vocational training as a Specialist in Care or a degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work FH/HF or an equivalent education • For applications with a foreign diploma, a Swiss diploma recognition must be attached We offer ## • Varied, versatile and independent activity • Committed and experienced school and care team • Versatile field of activity in the school sector • Close cooperation in a well-coordinated team • Good infrastructure and central location • 45% employment on four weekdays (Mon/Tue and Thu/Fri) • Regulated working hours during school time • 13 weeks of school holidays; during the school holidays the lunch club is closed, the resulting hours must be worked in advance during regular operations • Attractive employment conditions according to municipal guidelines Apply Apply About us ## The Schulkreis Zürich-Limmattal (City districts 4, 5 and part of district 3) is a diverse school district of the city of Zürich with its 14 managed schools.
