Your Mission

• Co-Lead with a hands-on mentality: You take on strategic responsibility for our social media mandates. You think in platforms, target groups, and impact - not in posts. You lead a team of strategists and creators, advise our clients, and set the standards against which our work is measured.
• Strategic & conceptually strong: You develop social media strategies for our key clients - from platform logic to content frameworks and success measurement.
• Confident at C-Level: You lead and coach a growing team, build processes that enable creativity instead of braking it, and represent our work in pitches and on stages.
• Platform understanding: At the same time, you keep an eye on the market: new platforms, formats, tools, and shifts in user behavior - and translate them into concrete recommendations for our clients.

Your Profile

• Swiss subculture in your blood: You know the codes, communities, and idiosyncrasies of the Swiss online world.
• At least 5 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally including some in an agency or consulting role
• Experience in leading teams and in advising demanding clients
• You have a clear vision, define tonality and look per brand, and ensure that content generates attention and creates impact.
• You possess a very good sense of trends & pop culture affinity: An analytical mind paired with creative intuition - you can read data just as well as recognizing trends before they become mainstream
• A deep understanding of the relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) - including their algorithms, creator ecosystems, and advertising logics
• You appear convincingly, present strategies, pitches, and workshops at the highest level, and also conduct delicate discussions with clients with clarity and substance.
• Linguistically fit: You are proficient in German and English, French is a plus.
