YOUR TASKS

• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system
• Planning and leading internal as well as accompanying external audits (ISO, SSC, AS&GS, Swissmedic,)
• Risk analyses: Systematic identification, assessment and monitoring of risks as well as deriving suitable measures
• Promoting quality & safety culture: Training and sensitization of employees regarding quality standards and normative requirements
• Processing of incident reports as well as monitoring of measures
• Moderation of meetings with different stakeholders
• Process design & optimization: Recording, modeling and continuous improvement of business processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial basic training and/or business administration further education (HF/FH/Bachelor)
• Strong communication skills: diplomatic skill, moderation skills, confident appearance as well as solution-oriented approach
• Affinity for IT applications (e.g. Signavio, Cura, Roxtra, CIRS, Office-Palette)
• Professional experience in an interface/staff function is an advantage
• Methodological competence: BPMN 2.0, Lean Management, SWOT analyses as well as ISO 9001 are an advantage
• Structured and independent way of working as well as strong teamwork skills
