Tasks ##

• You ensure the individual, physiotherapeutic treatment of children and adolescents with physical and multiple disabilities.
• You provide them with orthopedic aids and mobility aids, in close cooperation with orthopedic technicians, rehabilitation technicians and occupational therapists.
• You advise the parents and guide them.
• You work interdisciplinarily with employees from the therapy, teaching and care departments.

Profile ##

• A completed training in physiotherapy with SRK recognition
• Competencies in working with children with physical and multiple disabilities or the willingness to acquire these competencies (NDT Bobath, CAS Pediatrics)
• Motivation, flexibility, empathy, team ability and good communication and organizational skills
• Interest and pleasure in collaborating with occupational therapists, speech therapists and psychomotor therapists as well as employees from the teaching and care departments

The Schule für Kinder und Jugendliche mit Körper- und Mehrfachbehinderungen (SKB) is a competence center for students with physical and multiple disabilities from kindergarten to secondary level. The offer includes day special school and B + U as part of integrated special education. The SKB offers students teaching, therapies, transportation service and school-supplementing care.
