The Amt für Informatik (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zürich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for the directorates, authorities, justice system, and independent institutions. Tasked with the implementation of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Amt für Informatik accompanies and supports the Canton of Zürich into the digital world. With the upcoming go-live of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, the next stage of our HXM solution begins. Following the introduction of the Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, the next expansion steps with Performance & Goals and Learning are already imminent. Together with the Business Services HXM team, you will continuously develop the platform further and actively shape the HR system landscape of the Canton of Zürich. Your tasks: Managing, further developing, and optimizing the cantonal SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central. Analysis of functional requirements and development of technical solutions together with the Personalamt and the specialist departments. Participation in and management of sub-projects in exciting ventures surrounding SAP SuccessFactors. Advising the specialist departments and coordinating cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external partners. Ensuring stable application and service operations. Helping to shape the further development of the HR system landscape and the next expansion stages of SuccessFactors. Your profile: University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Experience in application management of SAP, ideally with knowledge of the classic SAP HR modules (PA/OM); alternatively, experience in supporting complex business applications. Lateral entry possible: several years of experience in the HR environment with high IT affinity and good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors - you want to take the step into IT. Strong understanding of technical contexts, interfaces, and the integration of business applications. Experience in participating in or managing IT projects as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders. Strong communication and coordination skills as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
