The Airlock Secure Access Hub is Ergon's security solution. Airlock ensures secure Access Management and prevents attacks on APIs and web applications. In addition to IAM and Application Protection, we deal with topics such as Self-Sovereign Identities, Machine Learning, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure-as-Code.

What you will achieve with us ##

In this function in the Airlock area, you will professionally accompany our customers through the sales process and thereby contribute to high customer satisfaction. You understand their needs, remove possible hurdles in the decision-making process, and maintain long-term, trusting customer relationships.

• Advising our customers on the further development and modernization of their security architectures with a focus on Web Application & API Security
• Development of suitable solution approaches for API Security, Zero Trust, as well as modern Identity and Access Management concepts
• Presentation and communication of technical solutions to customers - from classic web applications to cloud-native and Kubernetes-based platforms
• You analyze complex requirements in the areas of microservices, APIs, container infrastructures, and Identity Management
• Close cooperation with Sales, Engineering, and Architecture, as well as bringing customer requirements into our product and project world
• You inspire customers and partners for innovative security solutions surrounding Airlock

What you already bring with you ##

• Degree (FH/University/HF) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of professional experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering, ideally in the IT Security, IAM, or platform environment
• Sound understanding of modern IT architectures such as API-first, Microservices, Cloud-native, as well as container and Kubernetes environments
• Several years of experience with Identity & Access Management as well as relevant standards and technologies such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML
• Very good knowledge in Web Application & API Security, for example, OWASP Top 10, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and API Protection
• Practical experience with Linux and Networking as well as Reverse Proxies, Gateways, or Ingress Controllers; knowledge in Infrastructure as Code or CI/CD is an advantage
• Ability to grasp complex technical contexts, develop suitable solution approaches, and communicate them understandably
• Willingness to travel as well as very good German and English skills
