This is what you can achieve. • You will manage a diverse real estate portfolio with primarily commercial and operational properties as well as some residential properties of the Schweizerische Post in the Zurich region. • You will be responsible for market-conform full rental and vacancy management and act as the first point of contact for questions about the managed properties. • As owner representation, you will actively cultivate your customer relationships and be in direct contact with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities. • You will conduct periodic property inspections, prepare condition assessments, and be responsible for accepting and handing over rental objects during initial rentals and tenant changes. • In addition to rental objects, you will also manage (co-)ownership properties and participate in meetings and owners' meetings. • You will ensure building maintenance in accordance with contractual conditions and participate in renovation and construction projects. This is what you bring. • You have a federal certificate of proficiency in real estate management or equivalent further education. • Your experience in managing commercial properties and your knowledge of Swiss tenancy law enable you to competently manage our properties. • You are open to change and have a high affinity for IT. • With your category B driver's license, you can flexibly reach our different locations. • Thanks to your very good German language skills and your open nature, you can interact successfully with different stakeholder groups. Your benefits at the Post. We offer a fair salary, which ranges from CHF 90’000 to CHF 100’000 per year (100%-workload) depending on experience and skills. We also welcome applications from talents with different competencies, in which case your salary may be slightly below or above the range.
