Artificial intelligence (KI) offers great potential to effectively support the administration and provide its services to the population and companies in an efficient, secure and target-group-specific manner. The use of KI can relieve employees, simplify processes and increase the quality of services. At the same time, clear framework conditions, reliability and responsible handling of data, security and ethical issues are needed. In the administration and especially in the Office for Informatics, in the Office for Statistics and Data, in the Personnel Office and in the Digital Administration department, we therefore promote the secure, responsible and value-adding use of KI. An important building block is KI-Basisdienste, which concretely support employees in their daily work, for example with transcriptions, text processing or chatbot solutions. In the Digital Administration department, we are looking for a Product Owner KI-Basisdienste as of September or by agreement. Your tasks ### • You are responsible for the KI-Basisdienste technically throughout their entire life cycle at the interface between users, business and technology. Specifically, this means: • You take over the technical application responsibility, define product goals, requirements, success criteria and control further developments of the KI-Basisdienste. • You control internal and external development partners technically and ensure connectivity for specialist applications, new use cases and features. • You manage the portfolio of KI-Basisdienste throughout the entire life cycle, including synergies, dependencies, ongoing operation, replacement, decommissioning as well as regular evaluation of benefits, economy and alternative solutions. • You ensure target-group-specific communication, up-to-date documentation, technical support and consulting and support the sustainable introduction and anchoring of the KI-Basisdienste. • You lead projects for the development and operational transfer of KI-Basisdienste. Your profile ### • You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable course of study. • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management and/or product ownership as well as experience in the application of agile methods. • You have a basic understanding of the functioning, possibilities and limitations of KI systems. • You communicate clearly and mediate sovereignly between technical requirements, technical possibilities and organizational framework conditions. • You evaluate different interests, dependencies and goal conflicts in a structured manner and make transparent prioritization and product decisions. • You bring frustration tolerance and remain capable of acting even in the face of uncertainty, goal conflicts or complex reconciliations.
