For a leading international consulting organization, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking leader with proven experience in Procurement Transformation. In this challenging position, you will take responsibility for customer projects, develop new business opportunities and further expand a specialized consulting team. Location Zürich Area of responsibility • Leadership of challenging Procurement Transformation projects • Development and implementation of modern Target Operating Models in purchasing • Optimization of Source-to-Pay processes as well as strategic purchasing, supplier management, contract management and Procurement Governance • Consulting on the selection and introduction of modern Procurement technologies • Leadership of interdisciplinary transformation programs • Acquisition of new mandates as well as maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships • Building and further development of a team of Procurement specialists • Coaching and promotion of employees • Collaboration with decision-makers at C-Level (CPO, CFO and other executives) Ideal profile • Leadership of challenging Procurement Transformation projects • Development and implementation of modern Target Operating Models in purchasing • Optimization of Source-to-Pay processes as well as strategic purchasing, supplier management, contract management and Procurement Governance • Consulting on the selection and introduction of modern Procurement technologies • Leadership of interdisciplinary transformation programs • Acquisition of new mandates as well as maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships • Building and further development of a team of Procurement specialists • Coaching and promotion of employees • Collaboration with decision-makers at C-Level (CPO, CFO and other executives) • Your profile • At least 9 years of professional experience in Procurement Consulting or Procurement Transformation • In-depth experience in the design and implementation of Procurement Operating Models • Very good knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Purchase-to-Pay processes • Experience with Procurement solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua or comparable platforms • Proven successes in Business Development and customer acquisition • Existing network to Swiss companies or international companies based in Switzerland • Distinctive leadership qualities as well as experience in building and developing teams • Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial way of working • Negotiation-secure English skills; German is a great advantage, French is welcome Goodies • Leading role in exciting transformation projects • Collaboration with renowned national and international companies • High degree of autonomy and scope for design • Attractive development opportunities up to partner level • International, modern and dynamic work environment • Flexible working models (80–100%) Interested?
