At the Zürich location, we are looking for: Team Lead Tendering, Procurement & Cost Planning (m/f/d) 100% Construction site management. Responsibility. Sustainable construction. What awaits you In this key role, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of a team of approx. six employees in the area of tendering, procurement, schedule and cost planning You actively shape the quality of our projects as well as the cost planning (BKP, cost estimates, cost projections) and develop the specialist department strategically You bear the overall responsibility for tendering and procurement processes according to SIA You are responsible for the control and plausibility of schedule planning across all project phases You advise and support the project managers on cost- and tendering-relevant questions You further develop standards, methods and processes in the AVA environment You actively participate in acquisition and in competitions (cost / strategy) What you bring with you You have a successfully completed education in construction (architecture, civil engineering, building technology or similar) Your career shows several years of experience in tendering, procurement and cost planning in Switzerland You maintain a confident handling of BKP, SIA phases and common AVA tools You have initial experience in leading teams or in technical leadership You are an experienced personality with sound specialist competence and enjoyment of leadership and development. You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial thinking You have good German skills in speaking and writing. You inspire through your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
