To strengthen our HR Service Center team at the Zurich Airport location, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an HR Admin 100 % (m/f/d) What you will do: Employee support: Together with your HRSC colleagues, you will work hand in hand with one of three HR Business Partners and support around 300 employees and managers in your areas. Contact person: Be the first point of contact for our employees and answer their questions and concerns by telephone, via e-mail and in person at the HR counter. Administration management: Take over the complete employee administration independently – from the first day to the last (employment contracts, terminations, employment references and other documents); highest precision and care are required here. Onboarding: Create and conduct our "Onboarding days" for new employees together with your team and ensure a smooth start. Data maintenance: Keep our master data constantly up to date and implement changes in our systems Mobatime (time tracking) and Workday. Special administration: Manage airport-specific tasks such as applying for airport IDs and driving authorizations. Actively shape the future of HR: Contribute your ideas for process optimization and help to take our HR to the next level. We look forward to your input and your know-how. How you will succeed: Education: You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, with further training in human resources (at least HR clerk). Hands-on mentality: You are a strong-performing doer who likes to roll up their sleeves and find innovative solutions. Team player: You enjoy working in a team, are discreet and trustworthy. Technical know-how: You are proficient in MS Office and feel comfortable with digital tools such as Workday. Language skills: You speak German at a business level and have good English skills.
