In the Equipment Department of the Stadtpolizei Zürich, we are looking for a reliable and team-oriented personality for the 18-member team. Tasks ## • Independent clothing and return of equipment for our employees • Planning, dispatching, timely provision and re-establishment of material and vehicles for operations as well as training courses • Administration and maintenance of operational and operating resources (including alcohol breathalyzers, defibrillators, CO2 measuring devices etc. incl. database maintenance) • Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and minor repair work on protective equipment, corps material and technical operating facilities • Carrying out material and personnel transports with passenger, delivery and trucks Profile ## • Training in a mechanical profession (EFZ) with logistical knowledge • Driver's license categories mandatory B, C1 or D1, advantageously C and D • Know-how from fire department and/or military desirable • Experience in the dispatching of vehicles, crew and material • Good IT skills (MS Office) as well as German as a native language • Willingness for occasional work assignments during edge, night hours and weekends as well as performing on-call duty We offer ## • Interesting, varied task with high independence, careful introduction, individual training, in a well-coordinated, motivated team • A modern workplace in the immediate vicinity of the Zürich Hauptbahnhof • Attractive employment conditions such as targeted training & further education, purchase of additional holidays etc. • Assumption of 60% of the PK savings contributions, mobility contribution of up to CHF 600 per year and monthly maximum of CHF 100 in the form of Lunch-Checks (depending on the workload) • Cheap mobile subscriptions (private use included) as well as other interesting fringe benefits Apply Apply About us ## The Stadtpolizei is a service department of the Sicherheitsdepartement of the Stadt Zürich and with around 2250 employees is the third largest police corps in Switzerland.
