Biomedical Analyst HF for the area of preanalytical coordination and laboratory support 80 - 100% (m/f) # We are looking for a motivated and open-minded person for our «Secrétaires médicales» team, immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Telephone consultation of our customers in all matters of laboratory diagnostics • Central interface for individual customer wishes and inquiries • Competent contact person for internal laboratory diagnostic issues • Monitoring and coordination of preanalytical processes • Research activities and maintenance of internal laboratory databases • Active collaboration in the area of complaint management Your profile • Completed vocational training as BMA HF or equivalent training with laboratory experience • Ability to act calmly and competently even in hectic situations • Enjoyment in dealing with people and interest in learning new things • Helpful, solution-oriented and service-oriented personality • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Readiness for shift work between 7:00 and 19:30 Our offer • Innovative and appreciative corporate culture • Accredited and future-oriented laboratory operation • Place of work in the center of Zürich • Regulated working hours without night shifts and weekend work • Min. 5 weeks holiday and possibility of purchasing holiday • Possibility of home office Have we aroused your interest?
