Job Description ##

• Responsibility for expanding the business in your sales area
• Combination of technical consulting and active sales (Solution Selling)
• Presence in the office as well as regular customer appointments on site
• Acquisition of new leads and development of additional market potential
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored technical solutions
• Conducting consulting discussions as well as negotiations until completion
• Continuous development of your product and sales competencies through training and coaching

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Native German language skills (Swiss German) and very good English at business level
• Valid driver's license and willingness to attend customer appointments on site
• Clear motivation to build a long-term career in sales
• High interest in innovative high-tech products and technical solutions
• Ambition to develop into an expert in the industry
• Proactive, independent work style with strong drive to achieve goals
• Pronounced willingness to learn and enthusiasm for continuous development
