Technical Administrator Protective Structures as Shelter Inspector, 40 %

Are you an experienced, committed personality in the construction industry who wants to help shape things with drive, foresight and real impact? We are looking for energetic support for our Real Estate department, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Technical inspection of shelter shells, armored doors, emergency exits and ventilation units. Functional testing of overpressure valves and explosion protection valves
• Testing the operational readiness of shelter equipment (e.g. dry toilets, sleeping berths) as well as acceptance and approval of created shelters
• Scheduling appointments and coordination with property owners and real estate managements
• Creation of deficiency protocols, legal enforcement of rectification periods as well as various other administrative activities

Profile ##

• Completed craft-technical vocational training (EFZ in construction or related trades)
• Completed certificate course as a shelter inspector (BABS/Canton) or the readiness to complete this promptly
• Good IT skills as well as proficient German in speaking and writing
• High social competence in dealing with the population, assertiveness and conflict management skills
• Strong coordination skills, confident appearance and balanced personality, high initiative and strong customer orientation
