For our client, an established real estate company in the center of Zürich, we are looking for an experienced and reliable personality for real estate accounting. The company manages a well-maintained portfolio of rental properties and condominiums and values a structured way of working, clear processes and respectful cooperation. We are looking for a person who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility and appreciates a long-term working environment, as Real Estate Accountant 80-100% ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Responsibility for the accounting of a portfolio of rental properties and condominium associations • Preparation of annual financial statements • Preparation of heating, operating and ancillary cost statements • Management of accounts receivable as well as execution of reminder runs • Contact person for owners, condominium owners and tenants regarding accounting questions • Cooperation with a small, well-coordinated team and participation in efficient processes Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training with further training in real estate accounting is an advantage • Several years of experience in real estate accounting • Experience with industry-specific real estate software (Immotop2 is an advantage) • Independent, structured and exact way of working • Reliable personality with high service orientation • Team player and resilient person with clear communication • Very good German skills in spoken and written form Opportunities & Perspectives A stable and professional environment with clear structures and short decision-making paths awaits you.
