You lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate external partners and ensure the completion of projects in compliance with deadlines, costs and quality. Your main tasks Your profile Start date: From October / November 2026 Working time: 100% Workplace: Zurich Region / Canton of Aargau We look forward to receiving your complete application electronically at jobs@kurath.ch Your main tasks • Overall responsibility for project management on the client side for network construction projects (lines and substations) • Coordination and optimization of assigned projects while respecting deadline, cost and quality objectives • Direction of the project team including external planners, service providers and supplier partners • Assumption of entrepreneurial responsibility from project phase 31 to 53 according to the SIA 112 service model • Ensuring implementation in accordance with the occupational safety, health and environmental protection management system • Continuous monitoring of intermediate objectives, budgets and progress with an emphasis on autonomy and learning effects within the team Your profile • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or economics • At least 5 years of experience in managing large infrastructure projects (preferably in power transmission / network construction) • In-depth knowledge of SIA methodology and the SIA phase model • Competence in planning, design and realization of energy production or transmission installations • Strong leadership and communication skills - also with non-specialist target groups and the public • Experience in delegating tasks and promoting autonomous teamwork • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP as well as common project management tools • Developed social skills, solution orientation and entrepreneurial spirit • Languages: German or French native language and good knowledge of the other language, English (advanced level) Start date: From October / November 2026 Working time: 100% Workplace: Zurich Region / Canton of Aargau We look forward to receiving your complete application electronically at jobs@kurath.ch
