Assistenz STV Education: Completed vocational training or comparable training, Matura or comparable degree (min. 18 years) Time requirements: Willingness to work at least 3 (fixed) days per week. Area of application: The School Personnel Administration (APS) department within the School Office manages a substitute pool with around 320 employees, so that personnel shortages can be absorbed in the approximately 400 school-based childcare facilities (Horten) in cases of illness and longer absences. The school-based childcare facilities are managed by teams in which, in addition to pedagogically trained specialists, assistants also work. These support the team in operational tasks (kitchen and housekeeping area) and in childcare. Upon reporting of sick leave, maternity leave, etc., in the childcare facilities, the School Office requests a substitute (STV) from the central APS STV pool via telephone for the respective assignment and, upon their acceptance, assigns them to the respective childcare facility. The individual assignments vary: multi-week assignments at the same location but also short-term changing assignments. Job description: Depending on the assignment, your activity as Assistenz STV includes housekeeping and/or caregiving tasks such as: • Housekeeping tasks such as preparation of meals, tidying up and cleaning the kitchen • Guiding and supervising small groups of children and adolescents or individual children in consultation with the supervisor in the childcare facility • Further support of the childcare team as required • Accompanying and supervising children or adolescents with a disability within the framework of lessons and/or in childcare according to the instructions of the teacher or class supervisor (HPS and/or ISR) We expect: Completed vocational training or comparable training and • Very good German skills • Willingness to work at least 3 days/week - Thursday and Friday mandatory • Good physical condition • Experience in family work is an advantage
