Mechanical Assembly Operator # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Zürich Start date: immediately Reference number: 881926/1 Tasks ### • Execution of the mechanical integration of components, assemblies and systems for space projects according to technical drawings and specifications • Execution of bonding/adhesive work (e.g. SW2216, Silver Glue, Masterbond) • Documentation of all integration steps to ensure traceability • Support of test campaigns, particularly in the area of handling and mechanical activities • Technical support of the IVVQ team in integration planning and processes • Collaboration with design and technology teams to optimize Design for Integration • Execution of incoming inspections as required • Packaging of hardware for transport and storage • Optional: Mechanical processing of components (e.g. drilling, milling, CNC) Profile ### • Sound experience in mechanical assembly / integration • Experience with bonding technologies, ideally SW2216 • Very good understanding of technical and mechanical drawings (incl.
