To strengthen the team, we are looking for an analytically strong and conceptually skilled personality for the position Responsible Prospect Management In this versatile cross-sectional function, you will develop and establish a strategic, data-based prospect management to provide targeted support for fundraising activities. You will build efficient processes and structures for the identification, prioritization, and development of potential donors, manage the prospect pipeline, and ensure a meaningful data and decision-making basis. In close cooperation with the responsible teams, you will contribute to systematically expanding sustainable partnerships with private individuals, foundations, and companies and anchoring modern CRM solutions and best practices. The establishment phase offers you a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to actively help shape governance structures and central processes. You are an independent and structured personality with a university degree as well as sound experience in data analysis and interpretation, ideally in fundraising, prospect research, consulting, or a comparable data-driven environment. Your conceptual strength, your research competence, as well as your ability to prepare complex matters in an understandable way, distinguish you. You communicate with business proficiency in German and English and create a trusting climate through your integrative, team-oriented manner. Excellent knowledge in dealing with CRM systems is required.
