What to expect Gain concrete insights into the varied consulting everyday life and learn from our experienced consultants - in diverse, pioneering projects in different industries and company sizes. Make your contribution to the development of customer-specific solutions in our team. Work actively towards concrete project results, and... Take independent responsibility for smaller analyses and research. Support the project team in the elaboration of project results and presentations. Handle internal activities independently. Prepare customer workshops before and after (depending on the project setting, on-site deployment at the customer is also possible). What you bring with you A Bachelor's degree or a soon-to-be completed Master's degree with very good academic achievements in a technical or business administration field. Note: We offer different deployment possibilities and salary models for Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Initial relevant practical experience is an advantage. Interest in the areas of project and process management, digital transformation, IT implementation and optimization, factory and production planning, as well as Supply Chain Management. Talent for strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking, paired with the passion to master complex tasks together. Routine MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as precision in spoken and written language (German/English C1).
