Senior AI Engineer Voice/Audio Solution Design \- Integration \- Genesys \- AWS \- Azure \- Kubernetes \- Voice\-/Audio processing \- STT (ASR) / TTS Senior AI Engineer Voice/Audio Tasks Consulting, solutioning and implementation of use cases in the context of voice capabilities on a GenAI platform in a banking environment Design of the solution architecture for the integration of the telephony system (Genesys) with the GenAI platform Data ingestion, model training, provision of APIs/endpoints and integration into the bank's existing IT systems Development of technical standards and architecture blueprints to ensure that all components (databases: Amazon RDS, MSSQL, applications and platforms) work together seamlessly Ensuring company-wide as well as regulatory architectural requirements Collaboration with business and IT teams to understand and incorporate the requirements of the specialist departments Observation of new technologies, frameworks and tools in the field of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning Requirements Several years of experience as an AI Engineer or Solution Architect in the AI environment Expertise in system design and integration patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs), specifically in the context of Genesys, AWS, Azure and onPrem systems Sound knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS, possibly Azure) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) to design scalable and resilient deployments Experience with AI-supported voice/audio processing, such as integration and implementation of STT (ASR) / TTS Experience with integration of AI solutions into system landscapes in the Azure Cloud or OnPrem legacy systems Fluent German skills Good English skills Advantageous Experience in the banking environment Personality Good communication skills Team player with a structured way of working We are a strong customer focused company working mainly for Top 500 companies.
