Supervisor / Visitor Services Caretaker - temporary 80 - 100% # Justizvollzug und Wiedereingliederung (JuWe) is responsible, as part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zürich, for the execution of sentences and measures as well as the implementation of the various types of detention. For our 1'400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of convicted persons and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance. Die Justizvollzugsanstalt Pöschwies (JVA) is one of seven main departments of JuWe. With 399 places, JVA Pöschwies is the largest closed correctional institution in Switzerland for men. It fulfills a central state task and, according to its legal mandate, accounts for the resocialization of incarcerated persons and the protection of the general public. For our visitor services, we are looking for a committed, reliable and socially competent personality to support us as a temporary assistant for one year, starting immediately. This is your field of activity ### • You supervise and organize the visitor area, including the associated infrastructure, and ensure a smooth process for visits • You coordinate and manage the visitor quotas of the incarcerated persons • You process requests for visits by incarcerated persons and undertake administrative tasks, such as documenting extraordinary occurrences • As the first contact person in visitor services, you provide competent support to incarcerated persons, visitors as well as internal and external partners - in person, by telephone or in writing • If necessary, you support other areas, particularly in the entrance zone What you bring with you ### • You have a federal certificate of proficiency (eidg.
