Your main tasks Processing incoming mail: reviewing, answering and distributing emails Prepress and AVOR: checking data, preparing, print approval and printing releases Calculation and offer creation in Excel and in the ERP system DruckX Customer consulting and communication via email, telephone and in the shop Organization, scheduling and coordination of orders in daily business Typesetting and layout of printed matter (reports, booklets, flyers, brochures) Collaboration in print production and equipping (digital printing, binding, cutting etc.) What you bring with you Completed training as Media Technologist Print Media Technology EFZ or Polygrafin/Polygraf EFZ or min. 5 years experience in AVOR / prepress incl. calculation in a comparable company (small printing company up to 15 MA).
