At our location in Schulhaus Sihlfeld in Zürich in the Schulkreis Limmattal, we are looking for a social pedagogue, BG 75 % starting 14.08.2026 Tasks ## • Social pedagogical support and promotion of the students in both practical life and school areas • Participation in the development of support plans • Active application of ASD-specific aids as well as AAC / Metacom • Assistance and guidance in both the hygienic and social living areas of the children/adolescents • Interdisciplinary cooperation in the school and care team • Accompanying individual and joint leisure activities and school events • Reference person work • Practical training work • Participation in meetings, school location meetings, in-school continuing education, etc. Profile ## • Training as a social pedagogue or comparable training • Willingness to commit to students with special needs and appreciates independent work • Motivated, open, resilient personality with a positive view of humanity • Great flexibility as well as very good teamwork and communication skills • Independent way of working as well as ability for networked thinking and acting • Joy in dealing with people of different cultures We offer ## • Independent and varied activity in a professional team • Exciting interdisciplinary tasks in the special school sector • Possibility of active co-creation in our school • Employment conditions according to the specifications of the Stadt Zürich • Regular working hours Apply Apply About us ## The Heilpädagogische Schule der Stadt Zürich is a day special school for 4 to 15-year-old children with a cognitive and/or multiple impairment. As part of the Dienstabteilung Sonderpädagogik, we offer the students, who are educated in separate classes in various school buildings in the Stadt Zürich, a supportive environment and focus the priorities of interdisciplinary promotion on their strengths. Our teams at the various locations in the Stadt Zürich consist of school special educators, teachers, social pedagogues, childcare specialists, apprentices, and assistants.
