YOUR AREA OF IMPACT • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Individual nursing and care of our patients taking into account our nursing mission statement • Recognition and management of emergency situations as well as initiation of adequate measures until the doctor arrives • Responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Introduction and supervision of new employees, apprentices as well as students As part of your additional function as a vocational trainer, you will undertake the following activities: • Competent guidance and support of HF nursing students as well as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit apprentices both professionally and pedagogically during their practical training • Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Completed training as/to Dipl.
