JOB OBJECTIVE

This position is located within our Experience & Engineering business unit based in Zurich. We provide many services, from strategy to a high-performance full-funnel approach, including campaigns, e-commerce, data & analytics and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences.

For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a project manager who will create exciting technological projects with best-in-class design and ergonomics in collaboration with our client.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Planning, coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects, always keeping an eye on meeting milestones.
• Manage the entire project from the preparation of the offer to the monitoring of relevant key indicators in order to deliver the project within the allotted time and budget.
• You are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our expert teams in charge of implementation.
• By advising and supporting our clients, you will impress them with your confident and proactive manner.
• Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, control and reporting.
• On a daily basis, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team, also distributed across several sites, and will be in regular and close contact with each.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in an agency role in contact with clients or in direct, competent and trustworthy consulting with clients in a corporate environment.
• Written and oral proficiency in German and English.
• You have practical experience in the technical implementation of digital and/or e-commerce projects.
• You already have experience in (multi)project management as well as classic and agile project management methods and tools (for example Asana or Jira).
• You are competent in creating cost overviews and offers.
• Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
• Work independently, under your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and strong responsibility.
• You consider yourself a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in strategy / UX / UI / development / QA to achieve a common goal.
