For the Finance and Accounting department, we are looking for a motivated person as Senior Finance Manager*in, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will take over the financial management of the Sportamt and help shape the future of financial controlling in the Stadt Zürich. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the strategic and operational planning of the global budget. • You prepare the trimester reports and carry out variance analyses as well as economic efficiency audits. • You are the application manager for SAP CO, SAP BI, SAC. • You support the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements including reporting, accounting, as well as accounts receivable, and perform account reconciliations. • You actively design projects for digitalization and process optimization and are responsible for the automation of reporting processes. Profile ## • Completed education in finance and accounting (BSc FH/Uni) or comparable higher education as well as several years of practical experience in a comparable function • Very good knowledge of SAP (modules CO, SD, FI), SAP Analytics Cloud and MS Excel • Strong analytical, communicative and organizational skills with networked thinking abilities • Initial experience in leading projects • Structured way of working and the ability to maintain a good overview even in stressful phases We offer ## You work in a dynamic team with a high area of responsibility and have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to a future-oriented administration.
