Do you want to take technical responsibility for our 2300 mobile workplaces and actively shape their operation and further development? Then join us as a Mobile Workplace & Application Manager. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the entire life cycle of the Mobile Workplace services - from planning and integration to continuous further development. In doing so, you ensure that the services are technically stable, economical, and future-proof. • In close cooperation with the product managers of the specialist departments and with the OIZ, you coordinate mobile device topics surrounding their products and ensure their continuous improvement in terms of functionality, cost, performance, and user satisfaction. • You lead and coordinate external suppliers for mobile device services (IMACD) and ensure smooth operation. You are also responsible for the rollout of the mobile workplaces and coordinate the participating internal areas. • Another focus is the administration of data and voice SIMs. You ensure their availability and functionality and maintain active and transparent cost control. • For assigned specialist applications in the Windows environment, you take on technical specialist responsibility as a technical solution manager and ensure their reliable further development. • With your work, you contribute actively to the strategic further development of mobile solutions and support the IT management with roadmap and vision topics. Profile ## • You have completed training as an Informatiker\*in EFZ and have at least five years of professional experience in the IT environment. • Ideally, you have further training as a Wirtschaftsinformatiker\*in HF or an equivalent technical education. • You bring practical, in-depth experience in Mobile Workplace Management (operation and implementation of customer requirements). • You have a good understanding of service lifecycle, requirements, and supplier management. • You actively drive improvements while keeping an eye on costs, quality, and user satisfaction. • You love working with people and communicate clearly and appropriately to different stakeholders.
