What you do You check, assess, and process claims cases in the UVG area and are responsible for your own caseload with more complex dossiers. You organize and coordinate daily allowance payments and healing costs and continuously check the obligation to provide benefits. You assess relapses and late effects and make comprehensible, well-reasoned decisions. You are in close telephone and written contact with insured persons, employers, doctors, and other partners and ensure transparent, appreciative, and customer-oriented communication. You ensure that the individual process steps in the claims case are optimally coordinated - and actively contribute your ideas for improvement. What you bring Several years of verifiable experience in claims processing in the field of accident insurance (UVG), ideally with more complex cases.
