Your tasks
Carrying out technical condition analyses including on-site inspections, assessment of construction and technology, life cycle cost planning and derivation of measures
Participation in concept studies and strategic projects
Consulting on topics such as life cycle strategies, investment and maintenance planning
Development of risk analyses with a focus on buildings and technology
Software-based life cycle cost calculations in the real estate sector
Development of portfolio analyses
Your qualifications
Completed studies with BSc or MSc in the fields of Real Estate Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management or comparable qualifications
Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking as well as a convincing appearance
Interest in building technology and real estate-related issues
Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Skills in the creation of reports and concepts
Empathy, teamwork, initiative and flexibility
