Project Manager Construction Management (80-100%) We design processes and advise our customers from the initial project idea, project development, through planning and realization, to the commissioning and use of the plant. In connection with the services for construction management, we plan costs, prepare and control tenders, and manage the entire realization process. For our team in Zürich / Basel / Bern we are looking for a/an Project Manager Construction Management (80-100%) You will work in a team and with individual responsibility on demanding and versatile construction projects in construction process management along all phases according to SIA 112. Diverse tasks and a committed, collegial team await you. Your main tasks: Conducting condition assessments and analyses Project and process management with task coordination Controlling of costs, schedules and qualities Organization and implementation of tenders Management of accounting and change management Schedule planning, construction performance control and quality assurance Your profile: Higher technical training in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or structural engineering Experience in construction management Enjoyment of innovative and digital work processes Curiosity, teamwork skills as well as motivation and willingness to learn Responsible and independent working Proficient German in spoken and written form Confident and respectful appearance towards clients, authorities and external partners Your place of work is located in a location well connected by public transport near the railway station Zürich, Bern or Basel.
