You will work on-site at our client's premises and guarantee correct, punctual, and economical processing of material and service orders, in close collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments. Your main tasks • Responsibility for the compliant processing of the operational procurement process for materials and services according to guidelines • Verification and transmission of purchase requisitions (Banfen) • Creation, modification, and management of orders • Verification and processing of order confirmations • Preparation, verification, and processing of operational framework agreements (in SAP and Ariba Contracts) • Management of the Lean Catalog (maintenance of data and modules for framework agreement calls) • Support for the supplier onboarding process via Ariba SLP • Support for SAP analyses and reporting • Close collaboration with accounting (reconciliation of orders vs. invoices) • Management of the central purchasing mailbox and correspondence with suppliers • Contact person for departments in case of questions regarding Banfen, orders, and SAP • Updating of SAP forms and templates (e.g., Ariba Sourcing) • Participation in the updating of internal SAP training documents and conducting training sessions Your profile • Completed commercial training or equivalent training • Good understanding of business and economic processes • Proficient use of SAP (S/4HANA - preferably in the purchasing field) • Knowledge of Ariba SAP (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts) is an asset • More than 3 years of professional experience in operational purchasing / SCM / planning • High precision, reliability, and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills and team spirit • Autonomy and sense of responsibility • Very good knowledge of German (native language or equivalent); French and/or English are a plus Start date: From October / November 2026 Working time: 80-100% Workplace: Région de Zurich / Canton d'Argovie Please send your complete application dossier to jobs@kurath.ch.
