Our versatile establishments are at home in the central hotspots of various cities and stand for quality, design and pure moments of enjoyment. ZENBU is our sushi brand for retail and has been inspiring since 2018 with daily fresh sushi, sashimi, soups and warm dishes. In selected Coop branches, ZENBU brings a modern, diverse product range for all sushi lovers directly into everyday life. ### Tasks • Production of sushi, sashimi and soups in front of the guest at our sushi islands in the Coop supermarket • Guest-oriented way of working including providing information about the general offering, including - allergy labeling and daily specials • Team-oriented cooperation with the Zenbu team • Co-responsibility for orders, goods receipt, opening, closings and inventory management • Ensuring a constantly high quality of the food • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen Requirements • Interest in the preparation of food - career changers welcome • Flexible availability and commitment to shift and weekend services (Sundays generally free, except for Sunday sales) • German language skills at B1 level in speaking and writing, other languages are a plus • Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes • Independent personality with a passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact What we offer Your contact person Nina Berlinecke, Human Resources
