In this exciting dual function, you combine your specialist competence in nursing with your passion for education - and thus actively shape the future of the nursing profession. You care for our patients with heart and professionalism and at the same time accompany learners and students on their way into the nursing routine. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. YOUR TASKS • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our health specialists • Recognition and control of emergency situations and initiation of adequate measures until the doctor arrives • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Care and support of learners and students REQUIRED EDUCATION • Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas • Vocational pedagogical further training: vocational trainer SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE • At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE • Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent • Good German language skills in writing and speaking (certificate B2) \n• Good IT user skills • High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy • Teamwork and ability to instruct employees In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect an inter- and multiprofessionally working, well-rehearsed team.
