YOUR TASKS

With us, you will take on responsibility and accompany our patients with professional competence, empathy, and commitment.

• You ensure holistic, individual, and professional care according to the nursing process.
• You care for the patients entrusted to you before and after operative interventions in various specialist areas.
• You carry out medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures independently and professionally.
• You recognize emergency situations early, act securely, and initiate the necessary measures until the doctor arrives.
• You ensure a smooth process in the day clinic and undertake administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks.
• You work closely with an interdisciplinary team and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our processes.

What you can look forward to

• Regular working hours without night and shift services.
• The day clinic remains closed for two weeks in summer as well as for one week between Christmas and New Year, so you can plan your holidays early and reliably.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a committed personality who enjoys patient-oriented care and lives the spirit of teamwork.

• You have completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland.
• You work independently, responsibly, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You are characterized by high social competence, empathy, and a strong service and patient orientation.
• Organizational talent, flexibility, and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
• You communicate openly and appreciatively and enjoy working interdisciplinary.
• You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
