We are not simply looking for someone to work through a task list. We are looking for a reliable person who takes responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of a property, looks attentively, and recognizes for themselves what needs to be done.

You will look after a fixed property in the center of Zürich and ensure that it always appears clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Your tasks

• Daily inspection round on working days of approximately 30 minutes
• Recognizing, documenting, and reporting defects or irregularities
• Independent planning and execution of the agreed cleaning work
• Cleaning of interior surfaces and entrance areas
• Vacuuming and mopping of general interior surfaces
• Cleaning of elevators and stairwells
• Cleaning of handrails and stair railings
• Cleaning of mailboxes, doorbells, and entrance mats
• Cleaning of the main door, door frames, and other general doors
• Cleaning of lighting fixtures and radiators
• Cleaning of interior windows as well as exterior windows on the ground floor
• Sweeping of forecourts, general areas, and parking access roads
• Disposal of waste paper and newspapers
• Control and timely reporting of required cleaning agents
• Short and traceable documentation of the work performed
• Direct communication with our responsible contact person

What we expect from you

• Experience in caretaker services, building cleaning, or property maintenance
• Very independent, structured, and careful way of working
• You see what needs to be done and do not wait until someone points it out to you
• High quality awareness and a good eye for cleanliness and details
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and discretion
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Good German skills for communication and documentation
• Confident handling of a smartphone
• Residence in Zürich or the immediate surroundings is an advantage due to the daily inspections

Relevant training is welcome, but not mandatory. What is decisive is your practical experience, your reliability, and the quality of your work.
