What you do:

• You are the first point of contact for customers with outstanding claims and provide competent assistance via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• You analyze the causes of payment arrears and develop individual and sustainable solutions together with our customers.
• You arrange suitable payment plans and support customers in stabilizing their financial situation.
• You answer general customer inquiries professionally, in a solution-oriented manner, and with a high service mindset.
• You document customer conversations and contribute to the efficient processing of cases.

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial environment or in a comparable function.
• You communicate confidently in German and French. Further language skills are a plus.
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High service orientation, empathy, and the ability to act confidently even in demanding situations.
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as a strong digital affinity.
