Your Task ##

• Consulting on demanding IT and digitalization projects
• Analysis and optimization of business processes and organizations
• Development of specialist, solution, and digitalization concepts
• Management and control of complex customer projects
• Accompanying transformation and change projects
• Evaluation of new technologies and digital solution approaches
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams
• Accompanying projects from analysis to implementation

Your Profile ##

• University degree FH, ETH, or university, ideally in business informatics or informatics
• At least 5 years of experience in external IT or management consulting
• Experience in healthcare or public administrations is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in project management and project leadership
• Experience in business analysis, process, and organizational development
• Good understanding of current IT technologies and digitalization trends
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as business fluent English skills (at least C1), any further national language is an advantage
• High willingness to travel within Switzerland and willingness to work on-site
