To strengthen its team dedicated to contractual relations, it is looking for a Negotiations Manager (m/f) for Suisse romande and Tessin, passionate about the challenges of the health system and motivated by the quality of established partnerships. Missions principales : Conduct contractual negotiations autonomously with hospitals, private clinics, and medical associations, in close collaboration with our insurance partners. Support the implementation of contracts and represent the interests of partners to providers and third parties. Participate in tariff commissions and working groups. Ensure contract monitoring, the performance of prospective and retrospective calculations, as well as the development of statistics and analyses. Manage and develop the existing portfolio, contribute to the acquisition of new partners. Participate in projects and the development of concepts in the hospital field. Profil Idéal: Higher education and experience in the field of hospital tariffs or within health insurance. Mastery of tariff systems, experience in contractual negotiations, and knowledge of regulatory requirements: an asset. Excellent communication skills in French and German (German minimum level B2\).
