You will represent the interests of a professional ownership and accompany demanding new construction, conversion, and renovation projects throughout the entire life cycle – with a focus on quality, economic efficiency, and sustainable value preservation. Project Manager Client Side / Client Representation Your responsibility Representation of the client in demanding new construction, conversion, and renovation projects Management of projects from planning to successful handover Responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines across all project phases Leadership and coordination of architects, general and total contractors, specialist planners, as well as authorities Ensuring economical and sustainable project development Close cooperation with Asset Management, property management, and other internal specialist departments Management of own projects as well as accompanying strategic investments in the real estate holdings What makes this task special On the owner's side, you do not stand between different interests – you represent them. You accompany projects from a long-term perspective and make decisions that shape the value of a real estate portfolio over decades. Instead of processing as many projects as possible in parallel, the focus is on quality, economic efficiency, and sustainable solutions. You work with renowned planners, general and total contractors, manage them in a partnership-based manner, and maintain an overall overview at all times.
