Claims Manager UVG/KTG (80-100%) International & dynamic B2B insurance In this responsible position, you will take over the independent processing of benefit cases in the area of UVG and/or KTG. Your tasks Benefit verification and processing in the area of accident insurance (UVG) and/or daily sickness allowance (KTG) Holistic case management from reporting to closure Assessment of benefit claims Coordination with IV offices, medical examiners, recourse specialists, and other partners Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented case processing Participation in the optimization of processes and systems Qualifications Your profile Basic training in the commercial or medical field Experience in benefit processing of personal insurance Sound knowledge in the area of UVG and/or KTG Affinity for IT applications and system-supported processes Independent, structured, and responsible way of working High level of personal responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork skills French and/or English skills are an advantage Your future We offer an inspiring and team-oriented working environment in which you can fully develop your skills.
