The Head of OR Nursing is responsible for the leadership and further development of the OR nursing teams and reports to the Head of OR & Intervention Rooms. As part of the replacement process, we are looking for an experienced and strong-willed personality as Head of OR Nursing YOUR TASKS • Operational leadership, support, and further development of OR nursing, positioning care, instrument management, and OR support • Ensuring stable, efficient, and patient-safe daily operations in the OR, including management of bottlenecks and emergency situations • Close management of interfaces with anesthesia, surgery, OR planning, and attending physicians • Analysis, management, and further development of relevant OR key figures • Co-responsibility for economic resource use, personnel planning, budget compliance, and a sustainable personnel structure <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Dipl. Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or equivalent training in the nursing field with specialist training in OR • Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in a comparable function in the OR area of an acute care hospital • Experience in managing complex operational processes and in interdisciplinary cooperation • Experience in the analysis and optimization of processes and key figures in the OR environment is an advantage <br /> What makes this position special This position is a central leadership function with great creative freedom, interdisciplinary connections, and a professional working environment.
