Our Ristorante Vallocaia is located in the middle of the vibrant Niederdorf. The kitchen of the premises, which is entirely made of wood, is dedicated to the original, simple dining culture of Tuscany. The wine list includes all varieties from Tenuta Vallocaia, Bindella's own estate in Montepulciano.
