M365 Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

You want to decisively help shape the digital working world of a leading universal bank and, in doing so, further develop modern Microsoft 365 solutions in a demanding, regulated environment. In an agile team, you will design the digital workplace for our employees and ensure that collaboration, communication, and security work together optimally. In doing so, you will combine technical know-how with a strong service understanding and contribute to ensuring that we, as a close bank, are reliably there for our customers every day.

Your tasks

• Participating in an agile team for the introduction, migration, and operation of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) in the M365 cloud
• Engineering and implementing Microsoft Teams as a central telephony and conference solution, as well as continuous further development of this platform
• Ensuring the highest security and operational requirements in the M365 environment
• Being responsible for the stable operation, support, and problem analysis of the M365 services
• Identifying automation potentials and simplifying operational processes
• Acting as a contact person for product-related topics and ensuring coordination with architecture, network engineering, and IT security
• Taking over deputy roles for technical and personnel roles in the structural and operational organization

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of sound professional experience in the M365 environment, ideally in a regulated industry
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (especially Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) as well as their operation and integration
• Experience as a Product Owner or Lead Engineer in an agile environment is an advantage
• You score with strong initiative, sense of responsibility, and a high standard of quality
• You convince with an innovative mindset with which you balance IT security requirements and a user-friendly User Experience
• Very good German skills (at least level B2/C1) in speaking and writing
