Dispatcher / Operations Manager Special Cleaning

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and responsible personality as a Dispatcher / Operations Manager in the field of special cleaning 100 %.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of daily cleaning operations
• Dispatching of employees and operational teams
• Organization and monitoring of ongoing orders
• Coordination of short-term changes and staff absences
• Contact person for customers, employees, and operational teams
• Leadership and support of employees in the field
• Control of the completed work and ensuring quality standards
• Support in the onboarding of new employees
• Control and coordination of working hours and operational reports
• Processing of customer inquiries and organizational matters
• Support in the optimization of operational planning and internal processes

Your profile

• Professional experience in special cleaning, building cleaning, or a comparable field (construction industry)
• Experience in operational planning and employee leadership
• Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Experience in the creation and processing of tenders and offers
• Sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
• Assertiveness and a confident appearance
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with employees and customers
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Spanish or Portuguese as a second language
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good IT user knowledge
