With us, children from the age of three months until entering kindergarten are cared for in mixed-age groups. What is particularly important to us? Respectful coexistence, open communication and a working environment at eye level. We live flat hierarchies and together create a place where children and employees feel comfortable. Our philosophy is: -Children are allowed to be children with us.- To reinforce our team in Wiedikon, we are looking for an engaged personality as of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement as: Specialist in Childcare Child EFZ (60-80 %) You lovingly accompany our children through everyday life in a mixed-age group and, together with the team, shape a varied, creative and appreciative Kita everyday life.
