November 2026 or by arrangement as Senior Manager Foundations, 80-100% (m/f/d) In this diverse and varied position, you will make a significant contribution to financing UNICEF's work worldwide through strategic relationship work with foundations and municipalities as well as cantons. You will take responsibility for the following tasks: Sustainable acquisition of foundations as well as municipalities and cantons in German-speaking Switzerland as funding partners (research, relationship building, application creation, reporting) Maintenance, development and expansion of existing relationships through contact maintenance and tailored support plans Development of convincing funding applications in close cooperation with internal program managers and international country offices (critical review of proposals regarding impact, feasibility, donor-fit) Creation of high-quality reporting in close cooperation with program managers, target-group-oriented preparation of program and financial information Conception and implementation of innovative fundraising strategies and communication measures that inspire and show impact Continuous market observation and targeted use of data to recognize new potentials and trends For these tasks, you bring the following: Several years of fundraising experience with a proven track record in the area of acquisition and support (advantageously in the foundation segment) University degree in business, marketing, communication, non-profit, international relations, development cooperation or a comparable field Strong network, pronounced sense for market trends as well as persuasion and negotiation skills to build sustainable partnerships Solid understanding and interest in international development and humanitarian programs Conceptual and analytical skills as well as an exact, structured and independent way of working with experience in dealing with CRM systems, key figures, planning and reporting Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing as well as excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational skills, resilience as well as high teamwork and social competence Have we piqued your interest and do you bring the desired qualifications?
