• IT - IT Infrastructure & Operations • Zürich • Contracting • Vollzeit • asap nach Vereinbarung - 30.12.2026 • Control-M Your tasks: • Ensuring daily and weekly batch processing in operational operations • Monitoring system and batch runs in 7x24 operations incl. duty organization • Initiating immediate measures in the event of disruptions as well as coordinating incident processing • Planning, scheduling and monitoring of periodic as well as ad-hoc batches and MFT/AFT processes according to orders • Support in operational and emergency operations as well as in planned changes and CAB activities • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable operations Your profile: • Experience in batch processing and scheduling with a tool like Control-M • Knowledge of operating IT production environments and monitoring processes • Experience with Adcubum Syrius or in the environment of the health insurance industry is an advantage • High stress tolerance, flexibility and willingness for duty and 7x24 deployments • Customer-oriented, calm and solution-oriented demeanor even in stressful situations • Fluent German language skills
